ULTRA-PRO® LOW-overlay

Description

The ULTRA-PRO® LOW-OVERLAY floor panel is manufactured from recycled gypsum, recycled cellulose fibres from post-consumer waste paper and recycled water.

It is a cost effective specification for an overlay panel over Under Floor Heating systems that use XPS or EPS routed panels.

ULTRA-PRO® LOW-OVERLAY has a low thermal resistance (Heat transfer) allowing heat to travel through the board very quickly as the pipes are under the entire floor surface giving excellent response times.

Less than half the resistance of cheaper overlays such as plywood or chipboard, saving up to 15% on energy bills per annum compared to a traditional wet screed.

Specification benefits of ULTRA-PRO® LOW-OVERLAY are that nearly all floor finishes can be achieved, including Vinyls Laminates Tile and Parquet.
